ISIS Camp by Texas Border in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico

Judicial Watch an independent watchdog group is reporting ISIS is running a training camp near the Texas border and maybe planning suicide attacks here. Texas residents need to be especially alert. A West Texas Sheriff is preparing his office for a possible attack.
