True. But I handled one the other day and while i liked its nostalgia I thought it'd be nice to see a kahr 1911 in stainless with a better fit n finish and a great seat of sights. True. There are plenty on the market already but... Why not? They can't keep the ruger 1911's in stock around here and I bet kahr can do one as good or better for a more reasonable price.

I want a kahr 1911 that uses 45 brass and shoot a 9mm bullet, so I can hang out with you big boys, but yet still be around the 99% of owners of guns who shoot 9mm.. Just sayin.

All you need for that in a 1911 is a .38/45 Clerke barrel and a supply of ammo.

I recently traded my CW45 for a S&W j frame. The long trigger pull on the CW just wasn't for me after acquiring 1911s I like the crisp triggers of my 1911 much better
