No malfunctions whatsoever. Also brought my shots up closer to where I was aiming. Also hitting plates on a plate rack with no problems at 25 yards.

Took his little brother out too, the MK9 and put 50 rounds through it. Now has about 980 rounds through it. It has run perfectly from round 1. I think I like the K9 better; but I really don't know. They are both gems. The way to perfect the MK9 would be to have the same soft grips as the K9. Why Kahr does not do so is beyond me.
I've owned both MK9 and K9. Did not like shorter grip on MK9 since pinkie hung free - bought Pearce grip extension - that solved the pinkie problem.
MK9 looks and is compact / small - I compared and measured size of MK9 and K9 side by side - by the numbers there is not much difference at all.
    Sold the MK9.

My issue is not with the lenght of the grip. I just like the feel of the softer grips on the K9. Don't think I will ever sell my K9 or Mk9. I do need to get out and put some rounds through them.

I'm absolutely in love with my new stainless K9 w/nightsights.. Bought it new from Bud's gun shop online... Without doubt it is THE smoothest, sweetest pistol I've ever shot...
