  • CW9 base plates

I'm interested in putting the baseplates from a CW9 mag on my CM9 magazine, because of the sharp edges of the metal ones. I think I read that you should also use the locking plate for the CW9 as well, right? That brings me to my question. Is there any place else to get these parts other than directly from Kahr? One set would be just under $25 shipped. That seems pretty steep to me. Suggestions?

Not that I'm aware of. However, you might try the Pearce baseplates. Two are around $15.

With some modifications, they can look like this:

Edit to confess this is not my pic.

thge magaqzines are the same, just oneholds one more round, but base plate and locking pates will interchange. buy it from kahr, bite the bullet and do it right.
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

Hmm, that might be just what I'm looking for. I might just end up with something in between what comes out of the package and what is shown in that pic. Thanks!
