I am assuming you are referring to the Pearce Grip extensions that fit on the bottom of the Kahr magazine giving the pinky finger a place to rest. They are available from Kahr direct or can be purchased at most any of the online gun suppliers, like Brownell's, Midway, Cheaper than Dirt, and even on ebay. I have them installed on some of my PM9 6 round mags when carrying IWB but kept a couple of flush mount mags for when I pocket carry. I do think they improve the grip, at least for me it is an improvement as I have very large hands
