Did u ever find out what to do with the trigger pin walking out? My P380 is doing that. I bought a new pin, but haven't tried putting it in yet.

This was on the first page. I did this and no more issues

What did you use to file off the lip at the end of the pin? A grinding wheel?

The metal inserts in the forward/lower portion of the frame are not really part of the rail; they ride in the grooves in the slide on both sides of the guide rod. The top rail - the actual rail - is all plastic... I guess you could say it's a 2-part rail

All Kahr have steel rails both front and back. The plastic rails serve on as an aid for reassembly of the gun. That notch in the left front rail is supposed to be there.

What did you use to file off the lip at the end of the pin? A grinding wheel?

I used the belt sander at work. Took me all of 5 seconds.

BTW, I never thanked you for the suggestion. I took it to my gunsmith, who milled the end of the pin down (not completely off) and it fit perfectly. Have about 200 more rounds through it with no walk-out of the pin. THANKS !
