      Did u ever find out what to do with the trigger pin walking out? My P380 is doing that. I bought a new pin, but haven't tried putting it in yet.

          What did you use to file off the lip at the end of the pin? A grinding wheel?

            All Kahr have steel rails both front and back. The plastic rails serve on as an aid for reassembly of the gun. That notch in the left front rail is supposed to be there.

              I used the belt sander at work. Took me all of 5 seconds.

                BTW, I never thanked you for the suggestion. I took it to my gunsmith, who milled the end of the pin down (not completely off) and it fit perfectly. Have about 200 more rounds through it with no walk-out of the pin. THANKS !
