I use the summer carry from high noon holsters for over 6 years for my MK9 BUG. Been browsing thru for a new holster but haven't decided yet.

I've had this UBG iwb holster for over 6 months now (see thread below) and I am very pleased with it. Fit is outstanding. It was initially very tight but is now perfect IMO after a few days of blocking with 2 layers of plastic bags over my MK9. IMO it's a great holster at this price level.

I have used the Bianchi Professional 100 for my MK9's and K40. Also a Taurus snubby and a PPK. I really like these holster. Simple, well built, smell good and the steel clip is wide, strong, grabs the belt tight and is darn near perfect. I had a Don Hume for the CM9 years ago and the clip was too weak. I sat in my old Dodge facing out the door and snagged the clip on the steering wheel and bent the clip, making the small and weak clip useless. A buddy of mine has a crossbreed for his XDS. It seems like overkill for such a small pistol. The holster seems to complicate the compactness of the gun.
I really recommend this holster. It's on Optics Planet for a good price. I also have a tuckable Galco with the plastic "J" clip. Even cheaper and not bad at all.

I brought this important topic back to the top of the list by not paying attention to the date it was posted...

I have a custom TT rig for my MK9. I liked it so much I had him make one for my 1911. My XD9sc is in one of his Uncle Mike's IWBs.

The beauty of the MK9 and 1911 style is that I can wear them IWB or OWB...hence the "custom" part...not to mention the "ultra-custom Bawanna grips" too!!!

I have been wearing a "mikes special" from tt gunleather for about 16 months now. It is a holster of great quality. It is slightly bulkier in the pants than the crossbreed supertuck, but it is still very comfortable. All you need is a sturdy belt and you won't notice it. I highly recommend tt gunleather and also crossbreed. Both are great IWB holsters. I wear the tt most of the time because i enjoy the all leather construction.

That's good lookin'. Welcome! Did I read that right? Join date 2010 and your first post? About time!

Reminds me of the story about the 15 year old mute kid who had never uttered a word. One morning, in plain english, he said: "These eggs are cold." His flabbergasted parents almost fainted then asked him how he finally came to talk...why now...how long has been able to speak...why didn't he speak sooner? He replied: "The eggs have always been fine."

Bought a Galco JAK slide holster at a shop in Austin about 2 years ago to fit my MK9. Fits between the belt and the outside of the pants so you don't have a "bulge" IWB but the gun stays tucked in tight and close. Snug the belt up a bit and good to go.

The same holster fits my CW9 and CW40 (been wearing the CW40 all day). Dang thing also fits my Colt Commanders and full size 1911s. I'm a new user here so can't post attachments or pictures so here's a link:
