Mk40 came with 3 mags

Just wondering if some kahrs come with 3 mags, bought mine new and came with 2, five round and 1 six round, not complaining at all just curious

But none come with three

Maybe a year ago or so they added a third magazine to some of their gun lines. Kahr website lists the MK40 with 3 mags. http://www.kahr.com/Pistols/Kahr-MK40.asp

Wow, that's the first I noticed that. Also, the designation as the "premium" series.

Maybe if they start pushing the steel line harder, like that, they will introduce a T45 or K45. One can only hope.

During the 2014 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Kahr Firearms Group announced some new changes for their premium series of pistols. New for this year, Kahr is now shipping one extra magazine on their entire premium series. All premium series pistols will now receive 3 magazines instead of 2

I bought a PM45 in Feb. and it came with 3 - 5 round mags. I didn't get an extended magazine. I was very suprised and thankful for the 3rd mag. I have not had any problems and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Same here for my PM40. Although as per the listing on Gunbroker, I knew I was getting the extra mag. Before I knew it to be the case though, I grabbed a mag on ebay. So 4 mags upon the arrival of a new gun was very nice. :-)

Bought my MK40 from Red's Trading Post in ID, came with 3 mags! Stoked!

My MK9 came with 3, two regular and one extended.
My CW9 only came with one, so I was happy.
