    I purchased a new recoil assembly for my MK40(2001 manufacture date). I received it and the front spring was not captive on the guide rod. I called Kahr and they had another one in the mail the next day no questions asked and sincere apologies.

      I sent my CM9 in on Christmas Eve and it was on my porch successfully repaired New Year's Eve.

          I had a crack slide on my MK9, I emailed Kahr arms right away and they responded quickly. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label and got my baby back in 8 day's. I have to say Kahr customer service is great no hassle at all.
