Time to relamp my MK9

Well shucks, it had to happen at some point. Time to take advantage of wyntrout's excellent post (http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?3324-Trijicon-Night-Sights-re-lamped) for getting Trijicon night sights relamped for my MK9. I'm going to miss it (well, the slide at least) for a few weeks, but with any luck the sights will come back bright and shiny. I had this last done on my K40 and the results were excellent, even down to the new lettering and repainting the sights. I highly recommend it.

I think they basically refinish the sight as well as put new nuclear waste in the dot. Basically look brand spanking new.

Correct. When I sent out my K40 slide, the night sights exterior were a bit scuffed, but when they came back they were black with new paint and had new, sharp lettering on them, plus new nuclear waste as Bawanna mentioned in new capsules.

EDIT: I just realized I used "new" way too many times in that sentence. Sorry!
