Last month for my birthday I picked up a new MK9 "Blem" from Bud's for $556. A careful inspection of the pistol revealed a very small scratch (blemish) on the flat of the trigger guard. After a thorough clean, oil & lube I went to the Frisco Gun Club to put 225 rounds down range. The pistol ran flawlessly digesting 100 rds. of 115 ball, 100 rds. of 124 ball and 25 rds. of 147 HP's. I could not be happier. This pistol will replace my S&W 9mm Shield as my EDC. Depending upon my attire I either carry my MK9 in a Galco "Stinger" OWB or a Kusiak IWB. I did add a Limbsaver rubber grip (no finger grooves) to increase the girth and give me a better purchase.

The MK's are great little guns. I hope to have one myself someday. There's a detective here that has one I borrow from time to time so its like I have visitation privileges any how.

Same with me. I recently purchased a K9 Elite 03 blem from Bud's at a great price. Neither my FFL or I could find a blemish anywhere on the gun. Also there was no "B" stamped anywhere on the trigger guard, as I understand is Kahr's practice with blemished guns.Originally posted by Redstate View PostCongratulations. Can't go wrong with those "blemished" ones fron Bud's. I have a "blemished" K9. Would never know it was blemished.
