  • P380 magazine springs

Is there a source for slightly stiffer magazine springs for the P380 magazine. All three of the 6 round mags that I have reliably lock the slide back. Two of them don't provide complete engagement though. Stretching the springs works for a while but they return to the original length.
    Thanks

Some will chime in and suggest installing the Wolff XP spring for the Keltec. I tried it out and they seemed the same as the OEM. I gave away a 10 pack to a friend for his Keltec. You could try them and they may work fine in your gun. My P380 has no problems, just tried it for the heck-of-it.

they are more powerful, I use um in my P380 and like um. I never had issues before I changed eithert, so kinda hard for me to say they made a difference. IMO that extra 10% mag strength in my lilttle mind says it should help slide locking open as now that follower with no rounds in the magazine is at its weakest point to with spring at its predesigned length and I just felt in my mind that extra 10% at that time in the magazine has to be of some help. it sure should not hinder any..

Why would they not work??? Just sayin.
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

Thanks guys, the originals work ok. I just feel better when I have 100% engagement, probably trying to solve a non-problem.

I had problems with locking open on last round about 50%. Installed the Keltec 10%, problem cured.

I also would like to try the Wolff Mag Spring in my P380, but am looking for verification on which is the correct one to order. I might be wrong, but the P11 is a 9mm, so I am guessing that it would be the Mag springs for the P3AT, but again, I might be wrong. Could someone please confirm?
                      Regards,
                      Steve

part number 79071 10% more strength fits the P32 and P380 and will fit perfectly in the P380 and for that matter the Ruger lcp 380.
