I know the Whitehat holster will probably last 20-30 years but for now I'm looking for more comfort so the soft back N82 is the plan.
I'm betting you will love the N82 Pro model. I have it for my Glock26, and love it. Very comfy whether driving, sitting, standing...you get the picture. Mine rides at the 4:00-4:30 position, hardly know it's there. Enjoy the N82!

I had the same experience with an Alabama Holster order. I was promised the holster in 8-9 weeks. Three months and several e-mails later still no holster. I cancelled the order and received my money back in three days.

Wow. I recieved my N82 pro on Wednesday....ordered Saturday. That's quick shipping. And drum roll please......"It is Great". Everything I hoped for. I didn't take a pic but it looks just like the one above.

The plastic is very, very stiff but the leather is amazing. I thought for sure I'd feel the plastic since it was so stiff....but I can't feel it. Very comfortable over all. They have a good balance of rigid and soft parts combined to make a great holster for my build, now 5'11" at 210lbs.

Drawing the pistol is gonna take some practice. It's not muscle memory yet to have to twist and draw umder high stress situations. That just means I need to go shooting more often. LoL.

As soon as I get the Springer Precision trigger kit for my XDM figured out I'll he heading to the range...hopefully Sat. or Sun.

Congrats, you're going to love the N82. The inward twist to release the weapon will come 2nd nature in a very short time. Enjoy your new holster like I know you will.

Wait 'til you wear it for a few days & it really starts to conform to your body. You are going to be very happy. Nice pix too! Enjoy!
