I finally made time to take my new CW40 out and do some shooting. I shot a mix of wwb 180gr and 165gr. I only had enough daylight to run about 100 rounds through it but I gotta say I'm impressed. Not one feed jam or any other issues function wise. What I did discover is I need PRACTICE, haha. All my shooting experience is with a ruger security six in .357 mag and the Kahr trigger system is a whole new ball game for me. Luckily my dad had the time to go with me and he was able to point out some problems with my shooting stance and my hold. At first I was trying to anticipate the trigger break which was causing me to jerk the trigger :7:. After adjusting my stance and switching my hold to a thumb over thumb style I was able to improve my aim drastically. At the end of the day I was putting all six in a normal size paper plate at about 15 yards and the last shot I fired was a dead center bulls eye. All in all I love the gun, I just need to practice A LOT MORE.
