My wife and I have 2 CW9's with lasers on 'em. I had a CW9 a few years back that ran great. My new one was a pain and after 3(!) trips to Kahr it finally works...I will spare you the usual gory details. Here is my problem: the wife squeezes the heck out of the pistol when shooting (or even handling it) and unknowingly squeezes the mag release and it drops out of position just as it should. She took it out of her purse yesterday and there it was again-mag still in the gun but functionally only a single shot...might as well be a flintlock!
When I try to educate her she goes ballistic because once again she does not want to be "lectured" by the big know-it-all = ME.
I have a lot of money invested in the CW,hundreds of rounds of ammo, range time, laser, so I do not wish to sell it and get her a revolver. I have been wondering if perhaps some sort of larger grip would force her to hold the pistol in such a manner that would prevent accidental mag release. Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise she gets a 5 shot .38...
