Is there anything you don't like about the P and CW series. I personally love the size and feel and the fact that the frames is not visable bigger than the slide. The slide lock pin has always been something I would like to be a little thinner though. I know it would make it harder to release the slide but it would conceal better. I would also like a "flush fit" magazine even if you lost a round for those times when you need more concealment. Any changes you guys would make?

Ditto on the flush mags - or at least do something about that sharp edged plastic bottom of the mag. I don't feel it has any place in a ccw rig.
For CWs & CMs,
Slide stop lever being made thinner and/or even slightly melted would be terrific.
Would like to see the the factory spend a couple of extra seconds smoothing or dulling the extra sharp edges in the slide's ejection port. I've found it can certainly tear at leather holster material if you don't deal with it yourself."The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it."

* I would like to see an adjustable backstrap so the gun would fit my hand better.
* The slide stop pin is fragile; a beefier more robust, or less vulnerable spring would be nice.
* A hammer... but I won't go there.
* I'd like better sights... at the minimun normal three dot sights.Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

I'm okay with the long initial trigger pull but I'd like to see a shorter reset on the trigger. Sometimes it's hard to transistion when doing double taps from somehting with a short reset (like a Glock) to something like a Kahr that has to be let all the way back out. I tend to shortstroke it until I get back in the Kahr Groove.

They should add a little palm swell so the grip isn't as flat as a credit card. It's just lacking to me. Although the hogue handall jr. made a big difference.
The should do a little different texture on the sides and a little less on the front and rear since so many people complain about it being too aggressive.
Maybe a shorter trigger pull if it's possible. It's smooth as hell. Now if they could just shorten it a little.
Don't they already offer a 3 dot set up or is that only night sights?

I liked everything about my CW40 except having to file down the side of the magazine follower to make it clear the magazine catch and feed the second and third rounds reliably.
What's up with that?
It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

Now that someone has mentioned the grips, I have to agree. Not overly disappointed w/ the grips, but after getting my Sig P250, I love the finer texture they have. Much better grip texture. So a change to a finer grip texture would be on my list as well. I've always thought there was too much 'bite' on the front and back of the grip for my tastes.

the palm swell sounds super but for lefty's no so super. remember we shoot to.Originally posted by 1slinginlead2 View PostThey should add a little palm swell so the grip isn't as flat as a credit card. It's just lacking to me. Although the hogue handall jr. made a big difference.

U can get a shorter trigger system in a couple of certain model kahrs but those will also have the external safety lever on them also, becuas of the shorter trigger that your talking about. . Ur kahr trigger now is 3/8
". which to me is ideal the new trigger will be 1/8" less or 1/4" trigger pull. Kahr must feel as I certainly do that a 1/4" trigger pull with zero safetys on a gun might just be alittle risky for any type of pocket carry. They ain't target guns, they are defense guns. Most love um because of the simplicty of the gun and the smoothness of the trigger system. If I am not mistaken this enhanced trigger system will be available on the P9 and PM9 which both will then have the external safety and LCI (loaded chamger indicator). Just sayin
Palm swells in after market grips are sometimes available for lefty's but I don't see most any gun maker making a palm swell on a polymer gun due to eliminateion of lefty buyers and also for righties who dont like the palm swell. Again IMO palm swells are more in order on target" type guns. Just sayin.. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border
