  • Finally got it...

Picked up my CW9 yesterday....I am extremely pleased with it. Only ran 28 rounds through it, 115 and 124 grain, but it was flawless. The trigger is so darn smooth, but what a long pull! I am certain I will get use to it and this WILL be my new carry.

I picked my CW9 up last week but didn't have the grease I wanted for the recommended cleaning and lube before the range. Also, I only have 100 rounds of FMJ; 100 rounds short of the 200 round break-in and I'd prefer to have all 200 on-hand.

but ur trigger travel (pull) is 3/8". long by glock standards but this is ur only safety on a kahr. no levers to mess with ur mind. very easily pocketable in a pocket rig to. U will getused toit over time and rounds down range to.

Also after 200+ rounds u wll think u got a different kahr as it just seems to smooth out so uch nicer and then one can hand rack the slide with ease to. Take ur time Rome wa snot built in a day..
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

Congrats on your new CW9. Sounds like you're off to a good start so far. Let us know how the break in goes, as there are quite a few new CW9 owners on here and I'm sure they would be interested in how things go for you.

            Cw9

I'm a relatively new Kahr convert as well. I'm also a S&W revolver guy, and the one I shoot the most is a 686 with a full action job. IMO the sweet-smooth DAO of a Kahr is every bit as nice as the 686 ( and that's braggin' rights)
            I'll admit---I'm trigger happy
