Does anyone know and could explain to me how to fix the follower in the mag. Having trouble getting it to load the first and second round. please and thanks in advanced.

I guess I have a few questions for you first.
1.Brand new gun or used gun.
2.how is the magazine spring feel(when you push the follower down).
3.Could the magazine spring be in backwards(which happens directly from kahr sometimes).
4.How is the recoil spring(is the slide hard to rack or easy).
    5.Hollow points or fmj.

Lmk and we'll see if we can sort this out.
Never use your gun to pistol whip someone, that could mar the finish.

      Doc:

There are a number of posts/threads concerning the magazine followers; and their alteration.
Try a search on the term "follower".

I'm of the opinion that modifying the follower isn't necessary. These guns function reliably without modifying the followers. Use the slide stop method of chambering the first round until you are through the break-in period. Remove the slide and re-install the slide stop into the frame. Insert a loaded magazine and see if the nose of the bullet is contacting the slide stop. It shouldn't. If it does remove just enough metal from the slide stop to give you the necessary clearance. Your gun should work just fine. Some guns need to have the feed ramp modified. That's best done by the factory.
Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.
