  • Range time!

Ok, peeps, I'm heading out to the local DNR range in a few minutes to put another 50 rounds through the P380.

Yes, I said 50; that's all I could get during my recent trip to Cabela's. As usual, the 380 ACP round is nonexistent on the shelves locally, so I'll be forced to bring my Smith & Wesson 40C along with me and shoot that too, since getting ammo for it has been comparatively easy.

Besides, it's fun to shoot, too.

Oh, and happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there.

I can't imagine what the problem could be. We have an abundance of .380 Blazer Brass in my area.

You be lucky then for there are no 380's here to speak of over the last several months. Kansas.

.380 ammo rare here also. Occasionally I found some at Academy. Still can find practice ammo by order from Precision One Ammo. Don't know how long that will last. My shooting range ( also hurt by lack of ammo) had some of Precision One .380 ammo for sale at several $$/more/box.

.380 is hit and miss at the Wal Mart 4 miles from me. More miss. .270 is always on the shelf.

if you frequent any pawn or regular gun shops and you are a regular "paying" customer they will usually call you when they get a certain ammo in that you are interested.... mine will put it aside so I have a chance to get some when im off work....

To the OP. Save your brass. It is reloadable.
