  • CW-9 Great Review

Most people post a notice about problems with their pistol. Not this time. I have had my CW 9 since early summer and it is my primary CC firearm.

I can not imagine a better pistol to carry concealed, actually. The size is perfect for my Med. to small hands. The sight radius, variety of holsters is just right. I have 2 holsters. A Sticky holster and a J. Roth. You can not go wrong with this pistol. Most of the time it is IWB. Sometimes jacket pocket. Done properly, it will not print. Carry whatever ammo you like. I prefer Federal HST jhp, any variety.

Once you get used to the smooth Kahr trigger I think most people will agree that this is perhaps the perfect carry weapon made in the USA. S&W Shield would be a not close second choice.

Glad you feel that way about your CW9. I feel much the same about my PM9 which replaced my G26 carry and much of my .380 and .45ACP carry.

Move this fella to the front of the line kguys, He is now \one of us..Just sayin
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

Good post. The cw9 is a great pistol. Like an idiot i traded mine for a cm9 which has ran well but I should have just kept the cw9 and bought the cm9 out right.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Good to know about the CW9. My 9mm is a Ruger LC9s and while the function has been flawless and the accuracy very good, the short quick trigger is a bit scary for me and I'm afraid in a situation I might fire off the first round unintentionally. This comes, I think, from my shooting my two Kahrs with long trigger pulls. Either I go with the older style LC9 with longer stiffer trigger, or perhaps sell the Ruger and go with a CW9. I need to find both to handle and make a decision.

I get closer and closer to buying a CW9 after reading the positive threads, and holding one in my hands. The size would fall between my CM9 and my Ruger P95.

The CW9 is awesome!!! I love mine so much I just bought a factory blemish P9 with NS to go with it

I've been carrying it a lot lately in an OWB KT Mech holster.

After this latest range session I did notice that the front sight has become a little wobbly from side to side.

What's the best and most expedient way to fix this?

Other than this minor issue it is the one I reach for the most to go one my hip. Love the Kahr trigger.....it is a joy to shoot

Solved my problem last evening; ordered one from Buds. Tomorrow I'll go to the bank and get a certified check and get it on the way. Hopefully by end of next week I'll have it in hand.

Garo, its all your fault....you made me do it!

For a minute I thought I had logged on to the wrong website. It's a pleasure to hear a good review with no nit picking whining or complaining. If you carry a Kahr you are my friend.
