So now the wait begins or perhaps continues but the light at the end of the man hole cover is in sight.

Hope your wait is short and tolerable.

$328? Is that a "make an offer" deal? Their website is showing $350 retail $340 cash for the CW9.

A CW9 is the next Kahr on my bucket list. Just got a CT380 from Bud's a month ago - $289, + $25 FFL transfer fee.

It was on sale for 333 and 328 was the best I could get. Best local price was $400 OTD but that was one with a bronze colored slide which didn't work for me.

You would be welcomed. My wife is a Realtor and has in fact sold a house to a couple from Conn. We live near an area called "The Triad"....Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. An hour to the Blue Ridge, 4 to the beaches. Good motorcycling country.
CC permits are easy to get, or carry openly without a permit in most areas.

I love the Carolinas. [Marine Corps boot camp in SC and then basic infantry training in NC and then back to SC before discharge in 1966.] I'd make the move but my wife wouldn't because of not having family or friends there. We are looking to make a move, if we can sell our house, to central PA where my wife has family. Because of outrageous taxes Connecticut is a tough State for retirees on fixed income and now with its draconian gun laws it is time to move. We're figuring about 6 grand more each year in our pockets by making the move to PA.

Moved to Georgia 11 years ago from Upstate NY. Only regret is not moving sooner. In looking at houses we were shown the estimated real property tax. I asked if that was a quarterly estimate. Lower taxes, higher temperatures. Gun laws are very friendly. No one in the south dreams of retiring to the north.

I have a new gun at Buds shipping department too. I like dealing with Buds e.g. no sales tax, free shipping, discounted price, and you pick your own FFL. What's not to like?

Couple years back, was looking for a shotgun for trap. Found a used one in almost new condition at my local Cabelas. Showed the Buds ad for the same gun (new) to the manager and asked if he could match the price. He couldn't so I bought from Buds and saved a whole bunch to boot. Buds is my first stop whenever I shop for a gun.

I have used Bud's numerous times, with no complaints. Smooth transactions buying, selling, trading. May not be the fastest, but they sell a lot of firearms, so a bit of slack is needed.

My one and only experience with a firearm purchase from Bud's was excellent. Mine was received 2 days after it it the shipping department. That is why I said in an earlier post that you should have it by Wednesday. So, have you received the tracking number yet?

Not yet...been watching my email all day in hopes. ha. Maybe tmr. We're in for some really cold wx for the next week so I doubt I'd want to be outside shooting. Would give
me plenty of time to do the fluff and buff. Prob pop off a few out the back door. Want to try the Freedom Ammo I ordered; a couple guys on THR commented they had not
had good luck with it. I've shot one box in my Ruger LC9s with zero problems but then
the Ruger has digested anything I put thru it. Its going to be a hard one to replace.

I emailed them Thursday asking why it was in "shipping" all week, so they mailed it today, Friday, scheduled to arrive Monday 12th.

Even tho its too cold to shoot outside, when I pay for something I want it ASAP.
Next time I'll pay the few bucks extra and buy local. Lesson learned.
