holster for my cw380

Well before you guys get tired of this newbie, I felt I better ask another question, This cw380 will more than likely be going in my jacket pocket, or pants pocket. First off regarding the jacket( do I even need a holster) being there is no saftey i wasn't sure. Any recommendations for a holster would be appreciated.

For my CW380 I've had pocket holsters from custom leather to kydex to Desantis Nemisis. The leather and kydex are now gone and Nemesis remains. $20 plus or minus.

I've also sold off my custom leather pocket holsters and kept the DeSantis Nemesis.

I don't have a CW380, but I do have an MK, which I carry in a Nemesis, for about 4 1/2 years now...........Love the Nemesis, and I did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night.

My CW380 rides in a Sticky Holster whether I'm carrying IWB or pocket. $25 or less.

I like the Stays Put holster. It has been super for my PM9 and ordered one for the CW380. The closed end keeps the lint out of the pistol and it is the best I have tried, better than DeSantis, etc. http://www.concealmentspecialties.com/store-multi.html

I've carried mine in a pocket w/o a holster, but it isn't a good practice. You should have a pocket holster that covers the trigger to prevent accidents. The life you save could be your own. If you carry a holstered gun in your pocket don't put anything else in that pocket except for your hand for the same reason.

Of my several pocket holsters, I like the Recluse OS best, Upsides: Holds the trigger securely, covers the muzzle, zero print, minimal bulk, very easy separation and draw. Downsides - its expensive. Also its not available in synthetic material, which means I can't just leave the gun in the holster all the time.

I wouldn't carry, in any pocket, without a holster (except Recluse) covering the trigger. In a jacket pocket I wouldn't think there would be enough pressure between your body and the jacket pocket, compared to your hip pocket, to hold the gun in place allowing it to maybe come out of a Recluse type holster. To me a better holster would be the Remora type sticky envelope holster. IMO

Remora and Stays Put are pretty much the same from what I can tell. I prefer the closed muzzle like your photo as well to the Desantis products.
