Best way to contact Kahr to return pistol?

Now I once called Kahr and they sent me a label to return my CW380, (which returned with the same issues).

My Wife's P380 will be going back for a myriad of issues. I e mailed them this time and am waiting for a response.

I cleaned the gun up to sell it, but I cannot in good conscience, lie to the buyer, so I figured Kahr can do whatever it does to it and hopefully it will work. (I was none too please with what was considered Kahr's fixing of my CW380)

After I test it out I will sell it. The Wife won't bother with it as a CCW again, as the first shot failed to fire at the range. So we have a $550 paperweight in the safe.

Disregard. The label came through as I was typing. I will keep my CW380 and hopefully, it continues to work when needed.

how about letting anutter shooter try ur kahr out. sonmetimes a woman has issuyes that a man doesn't have. what were ur issues?? . TO MANY TIMES A SHOOTER WITH THESE SMALL GUNS TENDS to shoot to mny rounds at a outting and getstired and then the grip chantges a tad and things start to happen. iRECOMMEND 50 ROUNDS MAX AT AN OUTTING. SOMETIMES A DAMN GOOD FEED RAMP POLISHING AND CHAMBER POLISHING produces wonders. Just sayin

I have, as well I have put 90% of the rounds through the gun. I have been shooting forever with a penchant for small pistols. These issues are not the shooter or ammo.

Been with my Wife 5 years. Funny, not one issue. Never even had a disagreement. Good shooter, good student. I have waited for her head to pop off and spin around, but hasn't happened yet.

I too cannot sell a gun I know is unreliable. My CW380 is a bedside table gun now. If it fails, I've got other options close by or my wife can open up with her Airweight.

Kahr is a mixed bag with regards to service. I've only had one pleasant contact while trying to get my CW380 repaired. More times than not, they just don't seem to care much about customer retention or satisfaction.

And tell your wife not to worry. The issues are with the gun, and likely not the shooter. If she can shoot reliably with other handguns, the CW380 isn't a unique handling gun. The weapone just needs a company that will beef up the production quality and stop relying on consumers to do the post-production testing.
