P9 Factory Upgrade for Pre 2004 Pistols

Does anyone have any experience with the upgrade by the factory for Kahr Pre 2004 pistols? I have a P9 I purchased in 2000 and the pistol is excellent. Reliable and accurate to boot. I just wanted to see if anyone had their pistol upgraded and what it entailed. Did it come back with a smoother double action, etc...?
