If you like kydex Comp tac makes a very precise made holster. I have a few of them and they are all I would buy. I like IWB carry and also picked up one of their minotaur mtac holsters. Hope that helps...by the way Comp tac is a great company to deal with

I carry mine at abot 3 oclock- just in front of my hip. If you check out the Comp tac holsters they have a wide variety of styles and they are all adjustable with tension screws. Kydex is pretty durable and they are molded to the gun for an exact fit. IWB is nice for concealment and comfort too...with the right holster

CW9 Holster
I have a CW9 and am still looking for the right holster. I have a Comp-Tac CTAC made for a Kahr P9. It does fit, but I think the P9 is 1/10 shorter in length than the CW9. Guys am I correct about the length difference? I think because of the length difference the pistol does not click into place like the other Comp-Tac holsters I have for my XDs and Hi-Powers! Sometimes when I over do the eating during holidays I wear a Don Hume pancake holster which is comfortable, but not as concealed as the CTAC IWB holster. I am looking at a pancake holster made by Lobo holsters called the Enhanced Pancake, which may hide better than the Don Hume.
I know you will really like the CW9, good luck finding the best fit holster for your CW9.

rkirk...if you think your cw9 is not sitting in the holster right you can modify the kydex to accomodate...I have done this before and transformed holsters of similar guns to fit others. If you take a heat gun to the bottom of the kydex where the muzzle sits you can slide the gun in while warm and it will expand. Obviously be careful if you try it because a lil too much heat and the kydex will go flat. If you go slow it will work just fine

Depends on how you're going to be carrying.I don't carry IWB , 'cause my jeans are too snug, or is it I'm too fat??Originally posted by rigginb View Posti carry a glock 19 right now with a fobus evolution series paddle holster. going to start carrying a kahr cw9....any suggestions on holsters? fobus doesn't have a holster for the cw series but they do for the p series...is there a difference in frame? any help would be great thanks!

I use a belt sliding type, which works for me because I almost always wear a shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket which conceals just fine.
I found that the Bianchi model 82 Colt Officer is best for me. My cw9 fits perfectly, easy to reach and extract, and it's the thinnest holster I've tried. It is very hard to see any indication I'm carrying . I've worn it many times, and after being with friends for some lenghth of time, I've asked, "can you tell if I'm carrying?" The answer is always No.
Good luck. When you can't make them see the light,

The folks over at Barsony holsters make a very simple yet effective pancake holster. I purchased mine on Ebay using the following search criteria...LEATHER PANCAKE HOLSTER FOR KAHR CW9 40 45. I reached out to them and requested the right handed CW9 holster. I am wearing it right now and love it. Cost about $40. Good luck

My favorite OWB holster has turned out to be the Mitch Rosen Premier. I like the cant, the easy on & off, and the close tight hold of the gun. It isn't cheap, but it's proved comfortable and long lasting.
Shown here with my P9, but it also holds my K9, T9 and TP9. A versatile holster.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.
