Just a guess at this point. But Bud's sells the CW9 for $399, and the P9 for $607. Of course the price difference could be more or less depending where you shop. Around here the PM9 is going for $700. Though I bought mine from a store in Florida for $550.

I'll wait for 40 and 45. Then OMG I'll take two please (of each)

Not a whole lot of pictures on the net yet, so I snaped a picture of my computer screen so people don't need to run through the video.

It looks like the slide stop is one piece instead of two. And of course it's not beveled.

And the fact that it's being held in the hands of a probable angel can't do anything but help.

Looks like the typical pinned front sight. The one piece slide stop isn't a bad thing to me, hardly tell the difference anyhow.

I want to see the rest of the angel.

I was dead set on a PM9 and always figured that kahe wouldn't produce a smaller CW type. I figured that would hurt PM sales. But thats great news, I was never a fan of the extras that the P series had and I like the "strictly business" look of the CW. Time will tell but I think this will open the doorway to Kahr to alot of budget minded people

looks like the typical cw slide stop and pinned front sight and no doubt, non polygonal barrel and no doubt only one magazine, This gun will sell. they really IMO didn't cheapen the gun, just left some of the bells and whistle off the gun.

I still love my ol blunt nose PM9 far better..

when u think about this. it is not rocket science that kahr even did this. Really no special set ups needed. It will use the same PM lower section and in the process of making the standard PM slide, they just stop prior to #1 dovetailing the front sight, and pined drilled it like all cw slides,,, eliminate more slide engraving , grab the standard cw slide stop lever out of the parts bin and walla u have a cm9.
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

Nice, makes me wonder if there is going to be a CM40 and CM45 coming up soon. A 9mm +P wouldn't be bad, but a CM40 or 45 would really whet my appetite. As much as I love my CW40, I wouldn't mind if it had a bit shorter barrel. PM40/45 is just not affordable for me right now.

One would thinnk this cm9 should sell the same as the cw series. If so i see it slowing the cw sales more than the PM sales.

Great, maybe by the time I get enough saved up for a PM45, I can instead buy TWO CM45's!! The pennies are a-pilin' up almighty slow.

Hopefully it's just a smaller CW9. I noticed that the engraving on the slide is like on a CW,less fancy. Can't tell if the front sight is pinned or adjustable. I would love to have a CW the size of a PM. I like my CW45 and I don't really need all the bells of a PM but I do like the smaller size of the PM series.

                                Nice

Nice, very nice! It's always wonderful to have options to choose from. And talk about perfect timing with all the other new micro 9s coming out this year. My guess is it will be at the $450 price point, but that's just my wild guess. If it comes out at $400 I may just have to pick up a back-up. I'm still super glad I got my PM9 and it's been a dream shooting it, but that extra two hundred would have been nice for some ammo too.
