I agree on Talon Grips although I prefer the granulate texture. I found that you get a better grip with it over the rubber.

I agree with the better grip, but if I'm carrying IWB, I want rubber.

I am the one who suggested he add the piece that covers the cheese graters on the front strap. I like the cutout for the Kahr logo. But I just can't get used to the way that piece on the back strap looks! That would drive me crazy! What he ought to do is have a separate, rectangular piece that would fit there and look right.

The Traction Grips don't cover the cheese graters, at all, but I like the way they are shaped otherwise. I have figured out a solution for taming the cheese graters: two carefully trimmed strips of cloth hockey stick tape. The tape is exactly wide enough to cover them. And, cut to just the right length, they look like they are original equipment. Their color is not too black and matches the color of the frame perfectly. Of course, I pressed them on real tight, so the graters are still well defined - just softened and tamed.
                Very interesting...

+1. I put Talon grips on three of my pistols. Two of them Kahrs. I removed the Lonewolf grips from the Kahrs. The Talons are much thinner and grip very nicely. $10.99 including shipping was worth a try.

Try a bicycle tube. I use it on my PM9, Sig 220, and even on my AR15. It adds almost nothing to the thickness of the grips (major plus!!) and is sticky enough to give you a super grip in all weather (A must if you ever plan on getting mugged in the rain). Oh, and you can outfit all of your weapons for about 5 bucks. My Sig 220 is a duty weapon, and gets used daily and sees all the elements. The tube holds up better than any aftermarket grip i've used. Also, it never shifts or gets slippery after its broken in. Give it a shot (Ha! see what I did there? give it a shot? Nice, right?)

Don't those things stink to high heaven? What do you do with the odor?

They are sort of dusty at first, so I just cut it to fit, then wash it a little with dish soap. Of course, the tube that has grip duty right now did about 300 miles of off road riding before it decided to give up on life. So maybe the rubber smell was gone...

I carry IWB with a Don Hume and it is not an issue, but I alway have cloth between the skin and the grip.

I've got Talon rubber grips on my PM9, LCP and Glock 26, and Traction rubber grips on my PF9. I like both brands. IMO, they really do make a difference in the feel and handling of the guns. The grips (either brand) are now on my list of "must haves" for all my small gun purchases.

Personally, I like the bare polymer grip. I tried the adhesive kind, but for me, they don't seem to bring any benefit and they don't hold up to ultrasonic cleanings, which I do every so often.
