For the PM9/CM9;
Remove the adjusting screw and rivet.
Use a .250" thick grommet where the OEM adjuster was and use the OEM red grommet where the rivet was removed.
I used a barrel screw in place of the rivet and a longer metric screw for the adjuster.
Screws and rubber grommet from Lowes for about $2.Attached FilesKP3833N, PM9093N, PM4543N, TP4543, CZ 75B, CZ 97B, P22, Just Right Carbine 45 ACP marine takedown, Glock 41

Holsterland has the Fobus one for the PM9. Here it is left handed (I'm a lefty), but they have it right handed, too, of course.

Sounds like any 1911 holster will work based on their description and somewhat contradicting verbiage.
"Each holster is molded to exactly fit the gun it is designed for."
Also Fit following pistols:
Smith & Wesson 945
Kahr P9, T9, K9, TP9, T40, K40, MK40.
1911 Style-All Models
Colt .45
