  • Break in of my PM9

    Hi to all . . .

I have to say, I've had many guns in my 62 years, but none are any better (out of the box) than my new PM9. 350 rounds (break in), perfect, right on center, and the feel of this gun is fantastic (limited recoil and easy to handle no matter what kind of loads). Just wanted to comment on how nice this gun really is. Good luck to all, and be safe out there. (this is my second Kahr BTW)

Sounds like you got a winner. Welcome!

Hey DJ, I was for many years, a revolver (mostly Smith's) guy. On the auto side, I have had Smith guns, Sig's, and a couple Ruger's and one Kimber. BTW, I put another 250 rounds through it today (6 & 7 round clips) and zero issues. The recoil on my CW45 Kahr is that of a normal 9 mm. My PM act's more like a 380 to shoot, almost no recoil at all. Easy to one hand too.

bought a PM9 for EDC after I got my plastic in '04 ... it has been absolutely flawless since new, probably 700 rds or so through it, accurate at SD distances, easy to shoot ... IMHO the perfect small semiauto for carry, especially pocket carry ...

I'd love to shoot your Glock ... just hang it up there with the rest of the targets ... anon.

Took my new PM9 out today and only had one issue, a FTF, but when I locked back the slide and looked, the next round was nose dived in the mag so I'd call that the fault of the mag and not the little Kahr. Ran like a champ. I'm pleased. It's my fourth Kahr and they've not all been perfect but this one seems to be fine.

if this is ur break i timek, fear not it will clean itself up with more rounds out of it..
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border
