I'm very excited to get my new PM9. It should be here this week and I can't wait to start breaking it in. I got it from Patrick at http://tolsonshop.com/ These guys know their guns, offer great customer service and actually personally use Kahr handguns. Because of my trust in them and the fact I've been drooling over them I decided to take the plunge. In preparation, are there any words of wisdom you can pass on? LOL :hungry:

Let's see . . . based on your posts to date, you are already an experienced shooter, have purchased a holster, and already have a proper gun safe.
I am guessing you have already reviewed the take down video on the Kahr website (http://www.kahr.com/p9-takedown.asp).
You are already excited about your new acquisition . . .
I suspect that you have done everything reasonable in preparation.
I dunno . . . Maybe limit your coffee intake until it arrives in an effort to stay calm?
Edited to add: Welcome to the addiction! I'm sure the forum will benefit from you future visits. It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

LOL...Thank you...I don't join a forum or participate until I pull the trigger and purchase something that allows me to jump into the community...LOLOriginally posted by TucsonMTB View PostLet's see . . . based on your posts to date, you are already an experienced shooter, have purchased a holster, and already have a proper gun safe.

Yes, I've studied the field stripping process and done my OCD research before making the purchase. I've been an admirer of Kahrs for quite sometime and was in the market for a sub-compact smaller than my XDsc's and Patrick recommended the PM9 and said it was a great gun from personal experience. Thus, here I am...NRA Member.."Please support, if you don't already"

Thank you...Did you have any FTF or FTE issues? What ammo did you run through it?Originally posted by Sage View PostI bought a PM9 a few weeks ago. After 550 rounds it feels like a different gun than it did right out of the box. It has loosened up and shoots soooo smooth and no hiccups. I'm really liking this little gun. It's my first Kahr.NRA Member.."Please support, if you don't already"
