Just changing the subject, slightly, but I love my PM9 stainless slide, the stainless (silver) slide looks new for years to come. I have a couple of M&Ps with black slides, so a little variety is a good thing.

Bling, bling! Bring on the bling! But I chose the all black PM9 as mine....The bling I wear elsewhere will keep the BG looking elsewhere if I ever need to take out the Kahr.

Yepper, I do love shiny things indeed. Let's see, my Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail (stainless), shiny ammo, I'd take a PM45 with a "shiny" slide anytime, I love my cars shiny too, especially the MX5.

I would have my SS slide DLC coated for $75 maybe but $145 is a little much.

I don't dislike the SS matte, but I wold prefer the Black Stealthy look.

I was thinking about what it would cost to order the DLC slide with night sights fitted, if I got a really good deal on a "plain" PM45. I don't know if Kahr would cut you any slack, so that could run $300 or so. It might be cheaper to look for a really good deal on a PM45 N/DLC! Anything has to be faster than my P380N and now I want a dang P380N with DLC!
The next gun show is end of March here, so I'll be watching for some kind of deal on something! The last time I went to LOOK at a PM45 and came home with my slightly-used-but-well-cared-for black PM9 w. N/S.
