  • How much would you pay for a used (range) PM9 or PM40

I'm sure they will be sold, but I'm looking at picking up a used (range demo) models of a PM9 or PM40. How much would you pay or have paid for range model Kahrs? I want the PM40 but wouldn't mind a 2nd PM9

Depends on condition. Most range demos are ridden hard and put away wet. They see a lot of abuse.

Yep, just like the town-bikes...LOL Not worth they $ they think they are

My thoughts were around the $350 range was what I might be willing to part with...Just wanted to get some expert Kahr opinions...

I actually saw them tonight and they actually looked pretty good, so they had good post riding care LOL ...Saw a P380, but it's not on sale

As soon as I saw the title of the thread, I knew exactly where you are going this weekend. :P

The 10% off every new gun in the store isn't a bad deal either. That actually makes them competitive.

Yep, they are pretty high priced for sure!!! I've seen the used guns and they are in decent condition...

Will you be going and buying anything? I might just buy some ammo online instead...LOL

Why would they sell a range gun? To replace it with a new one? Doubtful. Are they not carrying Kahrs anymore? No warranty. Well at least that's one you can testfire before you buy it.

I wouldn't touch one with a 10 foot pole. Like buying a used rental car, or worse: a worn out taxi cab.
              Very interesting...

Hey! You only go around once. If you like it and the price seems reasonable to you, go for it, especially if the slightly lower price makes the difference between getting what you want and not.

Value to the rest of us is not part of the equation or wouldn't be if I were buying. Yes, YMMV.
It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

not a chance of buying a demo unless it was a glock.... They are already ugly so who cares about wear and as far as abuse... They def hold their own!
