I carry a pair of spare mags in my back pocket in the Recluse mag pouch:

I use a simple nylon knife sheath with velcro flap closure that works perfect. Wear via belt loop on L hip, nobody has a clue. Cheap & effective.

This is what I use for my PM9 seven rounder except mine is manufactured by PassPort and is actually the one for the .380 mag.
