Looking for good reliable small CCW gun. I have the CW9 but its a little big for me for everyday carry. i am looking at the CM9.

Can i get some opinions on this firearm? is it reliable, does it have a good track record?

I have a CM9 and a CW9. Both are equally reliable. I haven't had any failures in either. Very pleased.

. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

I recently purchased the CM40 after much debate and you can read my post below. I've put over 200 rounds through it the last two days including 5 magazines of Winchester Ranger T series JHP and it has run 100% out of the box. I was really impressed with the quality of these little pistols.

So, you haven't been reading any of the probably 500 posts in this forum by people who have bought this gun and liked it or hated it?

The notch is supposed to be there as well as the bulge at the front of the frame!

Hunter, my CM9 has been great. I had a couple FTF around the 100 round mark and since then its been perfect. I am in the vicinity of 500 rounds give or take a few. It was an extremely tight weapon initially but has really smoothed out. The action, trigger, and accuracy all improve the more you shoot it. I find its a little big for my pocket although I still carry it that way occasionally, but it is really easy to carry either IWB or OWB. Very easy to conceal and comfortable to carry. Go for it.

Bought it. Sorry for some reason I knew kahr had a problematic gun ( maybe the 380) so I wanted to ask quickly. Cabelas had one more in stock for $399 and it was mine if I hurried. Btw love my cw9, great firearm so far so the cm9 should be great too. It's actually smaller than the LC9, and about the same size as the PF9 which surprised me. Been waiting for a Sheild but they have over 200k on backorder so if smith can't produce them I had to go elsewhere as I got tired of waiting.
