  • Slip on grip recommendations for CM9.

Looking for a good slip on grip that will fit the CM9. I checked Hogue, but surprisingly they didn't even have Kahr listed.

I saw a Pachmayer grip at a LGS that said it fits the P380 but it didn't come up on their website.

I opted for the Talon grip instead of a slip on. Made a great gun even better.

I put the Hogue Handall JR. on my CM9.

It fits my hand better installed upside down.

I like the feel of it and it does cushion some of the recoil but I think I am going to pull it off.......it's snaggy during pocket carry, the handle prints a little more than I would like, and it will squirm around on the grip at the range.

Better choices out there for sure.

If you don't need the finger bump on the front, I just use the homemade rubber bicycle inner tube grips on my Kahrs. CM9 and CW45

All my Kahrs has a Hogue HandAll on. It is universal for all sub such as like CM, CW. Go get one, you won't regret.

Worst, just throw away .... less than $10 bucks.

I like the Lone Wolf Kwik Grip for my CM9. It is listed as a fit for the Glock 26. Below are a couple of pictures of the grip with my new Kusiak holster. The grip feels better to my hand than the Hogue and the cost is about the same.

^^^ I agree, I have a Quik Grip size 2 on my P9 and I like that it doesn't have the finger bump or add unnecessary bulk. IMO the feel is spot on

Even if you need a finger bump, you can do it. You can do any kind of hump in your imagination. I used my Grand daughters hair tie under my inner tube to make a hump. It does make a difference in how the grip felt. Here is a picture of mine. Jim

Tinman you come up with the craziest pics and videos for just about any topic. They always make me laugh! That's great

Jim, that's a clever solution you've come up with. Thanks for sharing that. I think I might do a little experimenting of my own with that hump. Good job

Thank you sir. I tried many different ways for a grip, with stick on up to the handall. The Handall grips are to bulky to me and takes away from the gun being small and concealable. I race BMX and have tubes laying around, but I had a buddy bring in a tube from a Road bike because it was a lot smaller. It was a pain to get on there but it is tight and will not move. You can use any thing from strips of cut up inner tube and even rubber bands. I just wat to tame recoil a bit and take some bite out of the cheese graders. It really helps with your grip and I do not have to reposition at all when shooting IDPA. Jim

I'll just add this. If all you want to do is tame the cheese graters on the front and back of the grip, try hockey tape. It is a dark gray cloth tape that sticks real well. It is 1" wide which is perfect. I put 2 carefully trimmed strips front and back. It matches the color of the frame on my CM9 so well that it is hard to tell it is there. You can still see the grip pattern underneath it, but the bite is gone.

My buddy uses that on his Covert with alot of luck. I have shot his and it works well. Jim

I use the Hogue Handall Jr. upside down and have zero issues. I wish there were a Pachmayr Tactical slip-on for the CM9 'cause of the palm bump, but wishin' ain't havin'.
