  • First time at the range with my new PM9

So I found some time to shoot 100 rounds through it. Wow recoil is nothing with 124gr ammo. I did pretty bad because of the trigger it has, but damn I've been dry firing and I think I got it for the next trip. That thing is crispy! No fte or ftf's thank goodness. Hopefully net time I'll try and shoot 200rds

These tiny pistols require some practice. Dry-fire really helps. Good approach.

I really love the trigger on my PM9. I wish all of my semi-autos had that trigger. You're right about the recoil it is very soft for such a small pistol. By the way, your trigger will improve with use. After you get six or seven hundred rounds through it you won't think it's the same gun.

First time at the range with my new PM9

I've fallen in love with my PM9 also since purchasing it about 2 months ago. Only one small issue I've noticed with mine....the magazines. The very first time I took her to the range I had 2 rounds that nosedived into the feedramp. Since joining this forum I've learned this is a common problem. I quickly learned that I could not load the PM9's mags a hastily as my Glocks or my Sig P250C. Loading those mags the rounds sit perfect each a every time. With the PM9 you MUST be sure that you push each round fully to the rear of the mag. Ever since I learned that lesson the thing has been 100 percent flawless! Wouldn't give her up for the world. As a matter of fact I've been so pleased with my PM9 I've been eyeing a PM45 as a sibling. Enjoy!

+1 Jules. I smack the back of the mag against my other hand after loading and before inserting into the gun. It's automatic for me now.
            Very interesting...
