Muggsy lives in the Great White north. Buckeye by accident of birth. At least my old man told me my birth was due to an accident that he had in the backseat of his 1940 Ford. Go figure.

I threw up a little bit in my mouth. Thanks for the op and pix Rubb! I was looking at those things on mine earlier (protrusion excluded).

Well...just wanted to give an update. I received my PM9 back today...almost 2 weeks to the date from when I shipped it to them. Not too bad in my opinion.

All it says is that they "Reworked Ejector and Frame-Lubed and Test Fired-OK"

There is no more polymer protruding from the rear of the slide, so that's good. Any thoughts on what they mean by "Reworked Ejector"?

? probably sounds better than "filed frame" ?
If a sign could stop evil….They’d make holsters for them!!

Not all polymer Kahrs bulge at the front rails. Early polymer frames were made flat, or parallel, however one describes it. Nor do all early polymers have a notch in the front rail. Both of these changes came some time later after the introduction of the P9.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

                Talk about an opening.

Rubb, just don't confuse folks when they watch the Kahr takedown videos and talk about yet another pistol protrusion.

I had the same polymer protrusion at the rear of the gun under the slide after first trip to the range with PM9. Kahr said it was just cosmetic, but I could send it in. I did, 8 weeks later I got it back yesterday. They said the projector was out of spec. They fixed it and smoothed out some spots of polymer slag( I told them there other rought spots in the frame). Just got back from 75 rounds and no more protrusion. I do have the bowed rails on this gun too.

I have a protrusion at the front of my frame, but since my circumcision it doesn't protrude
quite as much. Mine doesn't have a serial number, so I can buff it all that I want. Just sayin.
