Just got my CM45 this week. I've had a CM40 for a year or so with mixed results. My CM45 runs great on ball (about 300 rounds so far-2 FTF). However, it really is finicky on JHP rounds. The rounds that perform very good are: Doubletap, Federal 165 gr Hydra-Shok, Hornady Critical Defense. I choose the Federal as a carry round as it is low recoil and my CM45 loves it.

Good for you. I like some of the federal myself.The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
