I took the CM9 for some range therapy and noticed this after I was done. I've never noticed it so am not sure if this is new or not. Notice the bulge in the frame, barrel end. It bows out slightly on both sides. Again, I've never noticed this so just want to check if this is normal.

It's perfectly normal. Every polymer frame Kahr pistol is made that way. The notch in the left front frame rail is supposed to be there, too.Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

How you like the cm9?The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

acrtually it is by desigh, many shoot withg their finners in that area and that "buldge" keeps one from touchibng the slide during ejection and possbly causing malfunction. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

And here I though that Kahr made the frame that way for strength, because the front rails are molded into it. I learn something new every day. Whoda thunk that some shooters grip the dust cover when they shoot???Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.
