I get to pick up my new cm9. If I get off work in time. Has anyone used cast bullets to break them in? Is there anything in particular that I should watch out for with it.

Using cast bullets...
Well, you could do that. Then again, you'd be better with some really hot factory loads.
How about this: Shoot your cast bullets, then treat the gun to a magazine full of jacketed stuff after every few magazines of the cast stuff.
You'll get the best of both worlds, and you're CM9 will be easier to clean.
One thing.... some of the Kahr barrels exhibit some roughness due to the surface of the nickel plating inside the barrel. Not sure if that would contribute to heavier than expected leading. I will say, that after a few boxes of jacketed ammo, the rough surface (and the nickel ) are gone.

I always shot jacketed bullets after shooting lead to help with the cleaning process.
Glock highly discourages the use of lead in any of their barrels. Kahr and the industry in general do not recommend lead in polygonal barrels. I don't thing the CM is polygonal so that part is ok.
