  • Kahr cm9 and federal 9mm aluminum ammo.

I just bought another cm9. I shot 100 rounds of the federal aluminum case ammo 9.97 a box at Wal-Mart. Shot wonderful with no malfuntions at all. I also shot 87 rounds of federal premium law enforcement tactical hst 124 grain with no malfunctions at all also.

My pm9 also does fine with the federal aluminum. And anything else I feed it!

My cm9 also has eaten everything I have fed it. Its one fine gun.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I took my CM9 to the range today & fired off another 150 rounds of Blazer brass & Independence 115gr FMJ's which the latter is aluminum. If you can find it, I highly suggest Independence brand ammo. It's made by CCI/Speer and is top quality stuff.... Now if you like bright big muzzle flashes out of your short barreled CM9, then give Blazer brass a "shot"...

I've only shot brass in my CM9 but it eats everything I feed it.

Federal Aluminum has been excellent in several different guns for me. The 45 ACP is less that $15 at Wal-Mart.

And there's no worry about finding all the cases for reloading!

I just ordered 750 rounds of the Independence 115 gr aluminum case here. It cost me pretty close to 20 cents a round with the shipping. Sure hope it works because I don't need to buy another gun right now.

Have not shot aluminum ammo in years. For some reason I only use brass. Have never had a issue with brass rounds. To all that use the latter glad to hear you have no problems but I will still continue brass.
