I have a PJ as well that my K9 lives in. Leather is friendlier to my skin, but the kydex is noticeably thinner.

Blade Tech klipt ambi appendix for kahr PM9. Fits the CM9. Have them for CM9 and CW380. Amazon sells them from eCop for around $36 with free shipping or at least they did a month ago.

My Stealth Gear AIWB is the only comfortable appendix holster I've tried, although the SG Onyx works as well.

what cant is your PJ? straight, 15 or 30 degree?

I believe it's 15 but the C clip is wider than the belt so it rotates to comfortable positions as I go through the day.

High Noon has a good line of holsters. I use a Split Decision, which is a high ride canted holster that puts the holster against an undershirt and the shirt tuck conceals the pistol. It's usable anywhere between 1 and 6 pm.
