  • Who hoo! I am impressed with my CM9.

I purchased my CM9 last weekend and did the recommended cleaning and lubing instructions listed on this site. I ran about 220 rounds of FMJ ammo and 6 rounds of hollow point ammo with absolutely no problems, no FTF, FTE, I ram impressed with this Kahr.

Excellent report. The Kahr 9mm's run like a fine tuned engine.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Love my CM9 300 flawless rounds, in my pocket everywhere. Waiting for night sights . 1st it was February 17 now none available until April. Wish some other sight manufacturer made NS for the CM9.

I also have 300 flawless round with my new CM9. Instead of night sights, I went with a Crimson Trace Laserguard. I figure if it ever comes out of my pocket anywhere other than the range, my adrenalin will be pumping so hard that even with night sights I won't get a good sight picture. Red dot, center mass, click until it stops going boom.

200 perfect rounds though my new cm9. Its really not much smaller than the cw9 but the difference allows it to disapear iwb.

I just bought a CM9, read about everyones issues and expected to have some of my own when at the range. Well, I had zero. But I did clean the gun thoroughly before heading out, made sure I took it apart, cleaned, lubed. Then rack rack rack, dry fire dry fire repeat racking and dry firing.... I think the prep prior to taking it out is VERY important step. And should be done on any firearm before taking to the range.

Along with possibly having to shoot from really awkward positions, that's the best argument I've heard for mounting a laser. (I've had a couple--but mostly felt that they were in the way. . . . Time for a re-think.)
