    Working to recreate the problem

I hate calling customer service when I can't describe how to recreate the problem. After resetting zero each of the last two months when shooting, I can't get it to move playing with it this weekend. I did tighten the screws last time I tweaked everything.

Based on messing around with seeing if I could get it to shift this weekend, maybe the screws were not tight enough. They are sure tiny screws that I thought were as tight as I dared, but I did twist them a bit tighter last month and I can't get it to shift this weekend.

When I first installed it, I was impressed it didn't move even when I had it bouncing off a plastic rest at the range, so I guess I'll call it operator error at this point.

Alfonse, I was also concerned about the little tiny screws, but after tightening them down good and secure, they seem to do the job well. I hope they work long term. So far, so good.

BTW, love the Crimson Trace products. Workmanship is superb. I have grips on my 1911, as well as the guard on my PM9. If you're from Crimson Trace, keep up the good work!

No, I'm not from Crimson Trace. This is the first time I've tried their product and I like it more and more.

I have a CT on my PM9, Keltec P9F and a Keltec P3AT. I've never had any issues with any of the pistol/laser combinations in any way shape or form.

The Keltecs are the pistols that prove how tough the CT's are to me as they definitely have some recoil when fired, and I've never had to readjust any of them. I carry both of the Keltecs in Nemesis pocket holsters and they've always held their zero-after many, many rounds.

Like anything made by man, there are good ones and there are lemons. Like you, I've had excellent luck with the CTL, but some folks have had various issues. Like anything, we just need to use the warranties and look for the call backs. The CTL is normally an excellent product and I believe they stand behind their products.
