  • Patiently awaiting my CM9

Hey guys, new member here. Been lurking for a little while, but since I got my first Kahr (CM9) on order, figured I'd go ahead and join up. Ordered it from Bud's last night. Was on the wish list, but didn't get an email. I was on here, saw some guys said they didnt get an email, so I went over to Buds, and what to my wondering eyes should appear...but the "buy now" button! Pretty stoked....can't wait to get it in.

I would have said the exact same thing up until this weekend, kpm9. Looks like they had a hacker snooping around their orders and snagging some numbers last week and over the weekend. :31: I'd consider going the money order route until they get it figured out - save money too.

The hackers at Bud's got us. One of the detectives used his card to buy a shotgun for another retiring officer. Was suppose to use mine but thank goodness he didn't. He got some out of state charges but the bank closed his card. Not good timing, he's leaving town for a week of training and the card would have been handy. Now I'm a little cautious too. Money Order might be the best way to go.

Yea, I saw an email from buds explaining it. They immediately stopped all CC transactions. So they were open and honest...another reason to buy with confidence.

Those that were charged twice ( I was one) will not be responsible for the additional charges.

                      Sorry for the news

Sorry to hear that friends here on KahrTalk (and friends of friends) got hit. Hopefully this will turn into a good thing (Bud's great prices but with a newer and better website with better security).
