Pocket Carrying the PM9

Very interesting idea - using the hooked Velcro. Where exactly on the holster do you put the Velcro?

I glued (epoxy on one, super glue on another. Both have held up well) it to the outside of the holster. On the inside, next to my leg is too rough on my skin in some of the thin pockets. With most pants it doesn't matter.

Thanks everyone for the welcome and the insightful replies, I now have some options to look at next time in at my gun shop. After extensive practice doing draw drills from my khakis (to the point of losing some skin on my finger... Itt'l grow back..) I find that the draw time is impacted very little from the snag when it does occur. I feel confident carrying it now and am currently looking at my options concerning a concealable magazine pouch.. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Late to the party but did want to give you one more option. I also mix jeans with Dockers. I've found that this holster works with both. It took me ages to buy into the concept, but after using one for a bit I found it's perfect for my needs. Jeans, Dockers, or Cargo pockets. I use this style with a P380 and PM9 with CT laser.

The Recluse seems to be quite popular, and I know people who swear by them. For me, though, there's something not quite right about a trigger guard like that. Maybe it's paranoia, but I want nothing at all near that trigger. Holsters go through a lot of bending and flexing.

I have a BlackHawk number 3 for my dress pants, but I found it hard to get a hand on the grip very easily, so I don't use it. I got a Desantis Nemesis, which I like, and then just picked up the Desantis Superfly (same size exactly as the Nemesis), which isn't as attractive as the Nemesis due to the velcro strip and "bubbles" look, but it grips very well, and is my holster of choice. I don't use the flap it comes with, though. Too much bulk and makes it a lot slower to withdraw the gun from the pocket. I found this with the Recluse, too.

Anyway, just my $0.02.
