    Did some chrony testing today with my cm9
    Speer Gold Dot 115gr standard pressure....1100-1150 FPS
    Remington UMC 115gr JHP 950-1050 FPS

    I tested the gold dots in my EZ9 with 4 inch barrel they run about 1250FPS

      That seems about right. Answer this for me, I was watching NCIS reruns yesterday afternoon, and they said that 1 9mm used a 120 grain bullet, and 2 it was a slow round. I always thought that 9mm used three weights most common being the 115, 124, and 147 gr. weights. I have seen some that were swagged and made to 120, but would they have been talking about the retained weight from say a 124 gr. round? Also with those numbers that you got, would you classify that as slow. Bear in mind that my beloved 45 acp leaves a 5"bbl with 230 gr. at a leisurely 850 fps or so?
