  • Frank Duren PM 9

I finally got to the range today with my Duren PM 9. I only put 50 rounds through it but it ran perfect w/4 different mags. It was accurate too.

OK, I'll bite, what is a Duren, PM9??
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

I'm thinking he means Frank Drebin another member and perhaps he bought it from him which of course would make it a Drebin PM9 unless of course your from Ireland in which case it could/should be Durbin.

And of course I could be totally not even in the ball park here too. It's happened before.

The original poster may have been referring to Duren Custom Gunsmithing http://www.durencustom.com/

This picture is from his FaceBook site.

Not really. I thought of Frank Drebin first myself. But, Frank only made holsters and seemed too happy with his Kahr to part with it. Google to the rescue in this case.

If this guy were nearby and I had the scratch, I would be interested in his grip work. I think what look almost like little fish scales are outstanding. Of course, they would be more expensive than the current $10 rubber grip on mine, so it "ain't gonna' happen".

Check out the other pictures he is showing. It will make you wish you had money . . . trust me.
