Hickok45 is great love his videos! Always a great source of info! I was going back and forth between the PPS and PM9 before I found out about the CM9. Went with the CM9 love it! Still like the looks of the PPS though!

My two Kahrs are sweet but I have a feeling I may be more accurate with the PPS with it's shorter Glock like trigger. I'm gonna practice more at the range with my Kahrs and see if I can pull up my low groupings.

Indeed he does, and no matter which gun he picks up he hits what he's aiming for!

Hickok45 is a great shooter. He makes a point I FULLY agree with on the PM9:

If you're NOT going to carry it hot, get a different CCW gun. Racking this gun is not easy, and can easily get hung up on JHP ammo if not racked with extreme force. (Good luck doing that in a SHTF situation...)

Yep, agreed. And to do that, chamber a round and put it in your holster. It's the only way to get used to it. :53:

+1 on that! The Kahr trigger is designed such that there is no danger of you, the shooter, accidentally pulling the trigger. So, carry it hot and don't worry about it. But watch out around kids, friends or relatives; make it clear "DO NOT TOUCH THE GUN!" And if you remove it from your carry position, release the mag and clear the chamber. If you are going to leave it unattended, put the mag in your pocket so your stupid bratty nephew can't re-arm it! :53:

Seems to me that the PPS and CW would be a better (closer) comparison in terms of size, weight, etc.

Good point. But if u use the flush baseplate on the PPS, it's the same height as the PM9. You're right about length, weight being greater.

I simply could not get used to the ridiculous magazine release on the PPS. But to each his own.
