    I paid $419 for my CM9.

I like the point about firing with the glove, though. I've got a 2nd Gen G22 that might just end up with truck duty instead.

I am one of those that had nose dive issues in the beginning with just one type of ammo, CCI Blazer. Everything else I tried ran fine and it was only with CCI Blazer 2-3 times per 50 rounds. After messing with it and trying all kinds of different things such as sanding the followers, cleaning, lubing and so on. I believe now that the nose dive issues were related to the springs in the mag and the recoil spring being too strong. Leave the mags full for a couple of weeks and leave the slide locked back for a couple of days, lube it and run with it. After 500 rounds now, I can shoot the Blazer ammo without any issues. The one thing I wish Kahr would look at a little more is the mags should drop free whether it is squeezing the mags or opening the mag well up some.

All said and done, YES I would buy another CM9. The trigger is so much better than other guns in it's class and it is a little smaller than others in it's class. The small size is harder to shot so I do not know if I would recommmend it to a beginner unless I knew that they are going to practice with it.

It's great to hear that so many would not hesitate to purchase it again knowing what they know now after owning it.
Personally for me I think it will come down to whether I can handle the lack of a safety or not. I know many hate the idea of one, but I am of the minority that sleeps better knowing I have one. I like carrying with the safety on and one in the chamber. With my SR9c I have become very good at drawing and removing the safety in one motion. There is just something about a live round pointing at my leg with no safety that bugs me.
My buddies say I am just being paranoid. That with proper technique there are more then enough internal safeties that it going of by accident is just about impossible.

        Thanks,
        Mark

The biggest safety is the one between your ears. Yup, they won't, will not, fire unless you pull the trigger. Personally, I look for a gun with no external thumb safety for a carry weapon. Less to complicate things in an emergency situation.

I love mine and I would buy another one in a heartbeat
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Yes. I have not experienced any nose-dives and have racked the slide on every reload with no issues.

Paid 409.00 for mine & could not be happier with it. I think it is a GREAT choice for CC

I would without question. I have over 500 through mine, and it is slicked up where I do not have to go through the process to load the chamber - I just slingshot it. I always tap my full mag against a table to make sure all the ammo is seated well. Just try a bunch of brands and weight of target and SD ammo and used what gives you the best results. Just gotta make sure you go through the break-in period. I had a few slide lockback and FTfeed issues in the first 50. COuld have been the ammo (PMC).
Mine likes a diet of WWB and Win PDX-1 124gr +p or Spear GD 124gr +p.

Absolutely....I have over 2k flawless rounds thru mine...I've owned/own a few firearms over the years from very high dollar to budget, and I will say from my experiences with them, they all came with their little quirks and annoying issues...nothing I could never get through though...If you buy a kahr, any kahr, this is the forum to come to...People here are the best and most knowledgable, and the most helpful in any event...Just prep and lube according to Jockos' threads and have at it...

I saw the promo for the Nano as well and was interested, but I don't see it out anywhere and nobody will give me anything, but MSRP.

I am very impressed by the knowledge in this forum. To get this many quality responses from a post in so short of time is almost unheard of.

                          Thanks to all of you,

I purchased the CM9 on its release date. I had my eye on it as much as 30 days prior. The form factor is excellent. It functions now that it has been to Kahr twice. To be honest I wonder if I was part of a bad batch. Kahr would be out of business if every gun they sold had to go back for service twice to function properly. That said it works, but its still trying to earn my trust.

Yes ,I would buy another CM9. I have four Glocks and used to carry my G-27 all the time but, after buying the CM9 I always carry it in my front pocket and leave the Glocks in the safe. Go figure!
